Bailey's Flowers and Gifts is family owned and operated for over 30 years. Starting in 1978 as a craft and hobby shop, founder, Gloria Bailey ventured into fresh and silk flower designing in 1984. Since then, the growing business has been in various locations around the courthouse square in downtown Bedford. Being raised in the business, her daughter, Julie, took over the shop in April 1998 after the sudden passing of Gloria.In the past 20 years, Bailey's Flowers and Gifts has grown into the premiere place in Bedford to buy or receive flowers!
