This bouquet arrived looking almost IDENTICAL to the photo. I live in CA and use Bailey's to send flowers to my Aunt annually and I have NEVER been let down by the staff. The flowers have always been super fresh and beautifully arranged, and the delivery folks always call me immediately if there is any issue (like the time my Aunt wasn't actually home) and are flexible with a solution.
