VERY happy with Bailey's Flower Shop! Julie called me immediately after I placed my order online and told me 2 other people had ordered the same exact arrangement, (for a Visitation/Funeral). She offered to replace it with a different arrangement with a Cross, or do the same Angel arrangement, in fall flowers, instead of white flowers. I chose to get fall colored flowers, with the Angel, instead of white flowers, so it was a little different than the other 2 Angel arrangements. I was REALLY thankful and appreciative Julie let me know this, (so our flower arrangement wouldn't look identical to 2 other arrangements at the Visitation + Funeral.) Julie truly went above and beyond with customer service, and my Family is very grateful for her! Thank you SO much, Julie! =-) And the fall-colored flowers were beautiful, big, and Julie even corrected/edited our personal signature, after placing the order online. (It was easy/convenient to let her know the changes, via cellphone text too.) Aside from Julie being amazing, the Order arrived the next day at the Funeral Home, 1 day before Visitation service, so it was perfect timing for our Family to see/view. I highly recommend Bailey's Flower and Gifts Shop in Bedford, Indiana! And thank you again Julie! =-) You are the best! =-)
